Two Proposals at Flat Creek Estate Winery | Hill Country Photographer

Last Saturday, I photographed two marriage proposals in the same afternoon at Flat Creek Estate Winery & Vineyard in Marble Falls! This type of thing rarely happens, but I love it.

When photographing multiple things in one day, I always make sure there is a long gap of time between them. This helps me avoid any issues caused by events happening later than planned or traffic while driving between locations.

In case you’re curious, my record was 3 proposals in one day, and 6 total for the weekend! That was a special weekend though. I don’t do that all the time. 😅

In this case, there was no need to drive between the proposals, but I was still sure to have 2+ hours between ending one proposal and starting setup for the next. I needed time to review all notes and give each of them my full attention.

I actually had time to edit Reid & Macy’s preview photos and deliver them before shooting the second proposal. They were inside doing a wine tasting, so I brought my computer over to let them see their photos.
