I’ve been photographing lots of elopements and weddings with smaller guests lists, but this was a BIG wedding! It had a wild dance floor, a fun cake cutting, a first look with family and bridesmaids, all the things.

Jordan & Taylor were married at the beautiful Balmorhea Events venue in Magnolia, one of my favorite areas of Texas.

Their day was filled with personal touches and amazing florals. The whole reception space was decorated beautifully, and it perfectly matched Jordan’s style. Her team did a great job!

If I had narrow it down, my two favorite moments of the day were:

1. J&T had their first look in this beautiful spot near under some shady trees, with a pond in the background. They took their time, and when they were ready, they held hands and walked across the venue to the chapel. They went inside to read private vows. It was everything a first look should be; relaxed and meaningful. They did it their way.
2. During the reception, Jordan took the mic to tell everyone how grate they were for their friends and family. Jordan specifically thanked her mom buy giving her her bridal bouquet.

Aside from the incredible flowers, the reception space came to life because of the awesome uplighting. It makes such a difference!
