They way Janessa & Matt look at each other. It’s the real deal.

I first met Janessa at her UT senior photo session last year, which she shared with her friend (and LGP bride) Rebecca last year. They both graduated from nursing school in 2016 and are now saving lives every day – at least that’s what I imagine!

Then, she was a bridesmaid in Rebecca’s wedding in April, and I’m so excited to now be Janessa’s wedding photographer for her wedding next year.

To say that these two girls are my ideal brides is an understatement. Every time I’ve had the pleasure of photographing them, it’s been a blast. So photogenic, so sweet, and so fun.

Janessa and Matt met while going to school at UT, and three years later, he caught her completely off-guard with a proposal when she least expected it. Janessa and her dad were on a road trip exploring the Southwest, and when they returned and pulled into the driveway of her dad’s house in New Mexico, Matt was waiting there with a ring!

Not many guys can pull of a proposal like that, so props to Matt.

I’m already excited for their wedding next October, but I’ll just have to enjoy their engagement photos though while I wait!
