Rachel & Stephen are high school sweethearts. They met almost 7 years ago and are truly inseparable.

Their typical date night involves taking a stroll around their neighborhood lake and then walking to a sushi restaurant near their apartment. Last summer, while walking to dinner under some romantic string lights, Rachel noticed that Stephen was being extra sweet. She patted his pocket and jokingly asked him “You got a ring in there?”. Well, it turns out that he did!! She was totally shocked when he pulled out a ring and asked her to marry him right then and there.

They’re excited to live a life together that’s full of adventure. They’ve picked out several cities where they’d like to live someday, including downtown Dallas, Austin, and New York City.

They LOVE downtown skylines, so it made total sense to take their engagement photos in downtown Dallas. We explored Klyde Warren Park and ran around a parking garage rooftop.

It was such a fun session, and I know their wedding will be the amazing celebration that they deserve! I also can’t wait to see two of my past LG couples again: Rebecca & Thomas (Rachel’s sister) and Megan & Dalton (Rachel’s cousin).
