Today on the blog, we’re featuring Eric’s beautiful proposal to Alina!

They met at work and were friends for a few years before they started dating. Now, they’ve been together for 4 years, and Eric was really excited to take the next step together.

They live in west Texas and were taking a trip to Austin to visit Eric’s parents. Eric told Alina that they were meeting his parents downtown for dinner, and that he wanted to make the most of their weekend trip, so he planned for them to stop at the Zilker Botanical Garden on their way.

When they walked up to a big waterfall, he stopped and dropped to one knee. It was awesome.

Also, I know she didn’t plan this, but Alina’s red dress looked stunning in this jungle-like background.
