Ciara & Carl are married! 🥳

It was raining, or at least misting, the entire day. Actually, it rained for days on either side of their wedding too. Despite rain falling while taking all of these photos, Ciara & Carl were such great sports about it. Yes, their hair was wet. Ciara’s dress train was soaked and heavy, but she never complained, and we all made the best of it.

Even on a hot and rainy day, Camp Lucy is beautiful! We took advantage of the gorgeous pavilion near the chapel. It was the perfect spot for their ceremony.

This was a micro wedding with about 20 guests. They wanted to focus on their family and closest friends. The warmth of this small group was seen throughout the day, as everyone helped pivot from their outdoor to covered ceremony location. It was felt again as their parents gave toasts and told stories around the dinner table.

After the ceremony, Ciara & Carl rang the chapel bell and took romantic rainy photos before joining their guests for a reception at Mr. Kiem’s at Tillie’s restaurant.
