Imagine running a marathon, but having that not be the biggest thing you do that day. Neeral could say that this weekend! 

He traveled to Austin with his girlfriend Rujuta to run the Austin Marathon, and he thought this would be a great time to propose. Even though they’d talked a lot about getting engaged, he figured that she would never expect him to propose just hours after running a marathon. He was right!

When they arrived at the Retro Boat Rental dock, she definitely did NOT expect him to pick up a bouquet of roses and propose!

Neeral and Rujuta had never been to Austin before, but between running all over the city and driving a boat around Lake Austin, they’ve officially seen Austin!
