Imagine going on a weekend trip across the country for your sister’s baby shower. Your boyfriend stayed home to watch your dog. Now imagine your sister asking if you’ll go check out a random house with her, because it was designed by an architect she’s interested in working with. Then imagine walking through that house, onto the back porch, and seeing a trail of rose petals leading to your boyfriend…who was supposed to be in California!

Well Kelly doesn’t need to imagine it, because she lived it!

Jacob contacted me a couple months ago, telling me about his plan to surprise his girlfriend by flying to Austin to propose to her! After considering several locations, he chose an Airbnb that I’ve been to once before. He wanted a totally private experience that could also accommodate having their families over.

He arrived early with their family members to set red rose petals and vases of roses on the river dock. Kelly arrived and saw Jacob standing on the hill in the backyard. She walked to him, and he led he led her to the dock.

Kelly was super surprised, and it was magical. Jacob is the nicest person, and I enjoyed working with him so much!
