Wow! Kayla & Jared’s wedding my first of 2017 and the first of many April and summer weddings, and WOW, it started my year off with a bang. There was a lot of love in that church and a lot of FUN at that downtown Georgetown reception! From beginning to end, it was a dream to photograph and amazing to witness a celebration with this group of family and close friends.

And as fun as it was for all of the guests, it was even more obvious that Kayla & Jared were having the time of their lives all day! They were both relaxed and felt pure joy that their waiting and planning had paid off, and let me tell you, every elegant detail they created did not go unnoticed! From the beautiful white and blush bouquets to Kayla’s lace dress that she looked stunning in, it was a day full of pretty and thoughtful details.

One of my favorite moments was their emotional “around-the-corner” first look. They exchanged notes and got a moment to talk before the ceremony, and that special, private moment set the stage for the whole day.
