Let me start by saying that this is one of my favorite places I’ve EVER taken engagement photos! I love it when couples choose a location that’s special to them, and Whitney and Andrew did just that! Next year, they will get married on Whitney’s family ranch in a barn that her dad is renovating, and before their engagement session, that’s about all I knew. So when I arrived at the ranch, I was SO impressed with how beautiful it all was!

The rolling hills glowing in front of the setting sun was amazing, and I know their wedding will be magical… which happens to be the theme of the wedding, inspired by Beauty and The Beast and Whitney’s love for all things Disney.

The photos are also special to me because Andrew is a good friend of mine. I remember when he met Whitney on their first date. All I needed to see was the look on his face afterwards, and I knew she had to be special. Not only is she the sweetest person and the owner of an awesome bakery (you’ve got to try her sugar cookies!), but she is perfect for Andrew. She compliments him so well, and it was fun to see them be so comfortable and fun loving together during their engagement photos.
