It’s been awhile since I’ve shared new photos on the blog, but I have a something special to share today!

This was my first proposal/session/anything to photograph (safely, with a mask on) in almost two months. I’m still taking things day-by-day, keeping an eye on changing rules, and only shooting a small number of sessions. I’ve definitely missed this creative outlet, and I was SO excited when Michael contacted me about photographing his proposal to Jillie.

He’s graduating from UT this semester, and they had originally planned a trip to Italy to celebrate. He wanted to propose while there, but the trip was cancelled, of course.

His Plan B location was still pretty awesome, IMO! Auditorium Shores is one of the best views of the Austin skyline, and I love taking photos in this area! Plus, he proposed on a weekday, so she was super surprised!

Her Instagram post afterward put it the best… “As if leaving the house for the first time in two months wasn’t exciting enough, Michael made yesterday the best day of my life!”

I love it. 😂Congratulations, Jillie & Michael!
