Ryan & Erin are engaged!! After considering many locations, Ryan decided to propose in the Headwaters neighborhood in Dripping Springs, where they’re building a house! In a hidden spot behind some homes, Ryan found the original ranch house from the property, which has been transformed into a park that overlooks the hill country. This was the perfect spot to propose, because it’s beautiful, relatively private, and meaningful to them.

Ryan told Erin that their realtor needed them to come in to the neighborhood’s office for a meeting. If you’ve ever built a house, you know how many meetings you need to attend, so this was totally believable. After they arrived at the park instead, Ryan walked Erin to the overlook and proposed!

The old ranch house was the perfect spot for me to hide. 🕵🏼‍♀️

Afterward, we drove to their lot, where their home’s foundation had recently been poured. They popped champagne in their future laundry room, something I’m sure they’ll never do again in that room. But maybe they should make it a tradition. 😂
