There’s something magical about proposals in Gruene, Texas. I’ve witnessed it three times with three different couples, and it blows me every time.

Nathan planned an incredible proposal for his girlfriend, Paris. She got to experience not just one, but THREE surprises back-to-back.

Here’s how it went…

Nathan planned a weekend trip to Gruene and booked a night at the Gruene Mansion Inn. They got into town on Saturday, went out to lunch, and then made their way to the Gruene Mansion to check into their room. Then, they took a stroll around the grounds of the hotel and stumbled upon a gazebo decorated by Nathan’s family, including a sign that read “Will you marry me?”

Her reaction was SO good! Looking through these photos, her pure joy and excitement is jumping out of every photo. And after they calmed down a little bit and popped a bottle of champagne, she was surprised to see their parents and grandparents walking toward them!

And after they hugged their family members, a HUGE crowd of their friends came around the corner to surprise her too! I loved how Nathan planned for them to come out in waves and keep the excitement rollin’.

The whole thing was such a blast, and I already know that Paris will be a stunning bride. Nathan, you’re a lucky guy. And ya know what? Paris, you’re pretty darn lucky too.
