It’s no secret that I LOVE Laguna Gloria. I’ve been there many times for bridal portraits, engagement photos, and proposals. But somehow I had never been deep into their property (which is a shame, because it’s gorgeous!).

A couple weeks ago, Tyler reached out to me about proposing to his girlfriend Ashlee. His only location requirements were that it be in Austin or the hill country and that it have a beautiful view. We settled on Laguna Gloria because it checked both boxes, and I was so excited that he wanted to propose at the Temple of Love!

On the day of his proposal, he set up a hair appointment for Ashlee before they went to “dinner” for their one year anniversary. When they got to Laguna Gloria and began walking down the path through the venue, she became a little suspicious that there wasn’t a restaurant back there.😂 When she saw the rose petals, she guessed that Tyler had planned a picnic. She was shocked and thrilled to realize that it was much more than a picnic!
