Who doesn’t love finding a good Airbnb in the hill country, escaping for the weekend, and building a campfire?? Well, that’s exactly what Carolyn & Neil did for their engagement photos.
This was such a fun and cozy session, in the most peaceful environment. It’s hard to believe this spot is just minutes outside of Austin. Just another reason why I love this part of Texas.
Carolyn & Neil met after matching on Bumble. Carolyn noticed that they have the same occupation in healthcare, and she sent him a message. Awhile later, she moved from Dallas to Austin to be with him, and now they’re engaged!
Neil kept us laughing the whole time, and his fire-building skills were impressively good. We popped some champagne, threw a blanket on the ground, and watched a pink sunset roll over the hills. And yes, if you’re wondering, there’s champagne in those coffee mugs. 😜
I’m so pumped for their wedding later this year at Mercury Hall; one of my favorite venues!
